Keoenergy Ltd offers the following services: Our energy brokerage service provides energy procurement by finding suitable energy contracts and acting as a third party to connect suppliers with clients. Clients engage primarily through verbal conversations and DocuSign agreements between Keoenergy Ltd, the supplier, and themselves. Our card machines do not integrate with other services but may be used to pay for other services acquired, such as AI assistants. Our AI assistants and automations provide cost-effective efficiencies for business processes, often leading to savings on energy and card machine bills.

Users may only use the services for the purposes of their company. If usage of the AI assistant exceeds the agreed contract limit, Keoenergy Ltd reserves the right to change the price plan at its discretion.

Keoenergy Ltd reserves the right to change, update, or discontinue any service, with a two-week notice for major changes.

Energy brokerage charges will be specified by unit rate and include broker charges starting from 5% of the total bill charge. Card transactions fees start from 0.1%. Payment terms, late fees, and other charges will be as agreed upon.

Data handling and user data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Disputes will be handled through an ombudsman, verbally, or via email at keoenergy@outlook.com.

Keoenergy Ltd is not responsible for delays or unresponsiveness of third-party services provided.
