We are regulated by ombudsman services to ensure the advice and recommendations our company give are ethical, transparent and effective as possible. If in the matter of a miscommunication or complaint were to arise with our company, we will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as Possible.

After sending us a message either below or email info@keoenergy.co.uk, we will treat your inbound message with courtesy and respect by replying to your message within 24 to 48 hours by either email or phone.

This service is free to use , however if we are not able to resolve your issue within 8 weeks, we will inform you to escalate the matter to Ombudsman directly.
